All physical goods have a 14 day return time that starts on the day the tracking shows the package was delivered. The buyer is responsible for return shipping. Once the item is returned in its original condition (unwashed, not cut), we will refund the original price paid, minus shipping cost and a 10% restocking fee. Fabrics which are cut, washed, or altered are not eligible for a refund or exchange.
Cancelling a Class:
Due to the limited availability of spaces, if you need to cancel a class then we will only offer a full refund or transfer admission to another class if notice of cancellation is received at least seven days before the reserved class.
If you are unable to attend, please let us know as soon as possible and we will do our best to accommodate you on a different day. You may transfer your ticket to someone else if you prefer. We will just need their contact details (name, e-mail address and telephone number) in advance so that arrangements can be made and class details can be passed on.
