 · Bokksu is so much fun to try, and I love sharing this taste of Japan with my family! The flavors are quite an assortment and there is always sweet, spicy, salty, umami, and sometimes fishy. All of them are delicious and we each have our favorite type of snack, so I give my daughter more of the sweet snacks, my husband prefers the salty flavors.

I got a sample box for Bokksu, and it was excellent. My housemate went through and MC'd as he and passed around each item. He says 4/5 stars because some of the packaging was hard to open. The rest of us can just say 5/5.

 · Shipping is already included in the price. I am reviewing the Classic Bokksu. Other Japanese snack subscription services use mass-produced mainstream snacks that can be readily found in most Asian markets outside of Japan. Bokksu directly sources its artisanal snacks from local snack makers in Japan (some of whom have been around for over 200 years!).

Any negative reviews that are submitted are not published, which is just incredibly shady and dishonest. The snacks are decent, shipping is a bit slow. There are better services out there however and I would recommend them over Bokksu for sure. I won't be purchasing anything from Bokksu again.
