Q: What payment options are available?

Q: Do you allow changes to an order?

Q: Can I cancel my order?
A: Yes, however only within the first 12 hours of placing your order. If an order is cancelled after the initial 12 hour period and Wallhogs has processed your images, it is at Wallhogs discretion that you may be charged a cancellation fee of $5 per image processed, or a maximum of $100.
Q: How can I check the status of my order?
Once an order is placed our graphics team will process your image within 24 hours.
If an electronic proof is requested it will be emailed to you directly after graphics processing.
Once a proof is approved the order enters Wallhogs production - taking 2-4 days depending upon the type of material ordered.
Q: What are the delivery times?
A: Delivery times will vary according to the type of shipping selected and the distance as compared to our facility, which is located 25 miles east of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. USPS Priority is a three day service (sooner the closer you are located to Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania) while UPS Ground is a five to seven day service. All other UPS services state their maximum delivery time according to shipping method selected and are guaranteed.
Q: Do you ship internationally?
USPS International Priority shipping is a 10-15 day delivery
USPS International Express is a 7-10 day delivery
UPS Worldwide Expedited is a 2 day delivery service
UPS Worldwide Express is a one day delivery
Pricing does not include duties or taxes and international shipping is not available for Wallhogs gallery stretched canvas products due to dimensional weight costs.
