About TeamGee
Teamgee is an established company in ShenZhen, China. It has around a dozens of core members work on the electric skateboard project.
In 2016, Teamgee started to get into the electric skateboard business and have been selling fairly well in the Chinese market.
Teamgee electric skateboard project is the brainchild of the company owner, Mr. Sun. Mr. Sun is not a skater but nonetheless an avid sports enthusiast. Like many of us, he found electric skateboard being much more fun as compared to the likes of the hoverboard. With the structure that Teamgee has, it is easy for him to get into the electric skateboard business so that was what they did.
Teamgee has more than many boards in development, including an electric skateboard booster drive. The pintail H6 is the most recognizable by far and that was the reason why we chose to enter the international market with it.
We want to build Teamgee, an innovative brand that is dedicated to making premium electric skateboard with minimalist design and offering skateboarding lovers a better experience.

How to Keep Teamgee Battery in the Best Condition?
Please note the battery cannot be over-discharged. When the power is lower than 25% or when you hear the low-power alarm, please charge the battery as soon as possible. Excessively discharge will shorten the use of the battery lifetime, a more serious failure that can directly result in battery damage and failure to recharge. When the Teamgee skateboard is not used for a long time, make sure to keep it in a cool and dry place, (and make sure the place could match the beauty of our board) and charge it for every 20 days, up to 80% full is fine.
Please avoid storing it under high temperature, high humidity or corrosive gas.
How are customs and import tax/duties handled?
Because Teamgee normally sends products from Hong Kong (a free port), there is no sales tax or duties imposed by the Hong Kong government. Customers do not have to pay any sales tax or export duties when they purchase from Teamgee.
Statistically,well less than 1 % of all orders have ever got opened by the Customs in customers' home countries But due to our package is extra big(Skateboard). If a package were to be checked by the customs office of the customer's country, customers have to cover for import duties, tariffs, and taxes.
Although the chance of packages assessed by the customs is small, Teamgee encourages customers to import taxes duties and tariffs, prior to placing an order. In addition, some products may require special licenses or permits to import. Teamgee is not responsible for products confiscated by the customs in customers' countries.
How are customs and import tax/duties handled?
All our shipping for skateboard will be door to door service with local UPS or Fedex delivery company. Tracking is included.

How do I cancel my order?
