StubHub refused to pay me for the price of VIP parking if it is still available. They would not consider any other options. They would not even reimburse me even in a voucher for future tickets. Terrible. When I checked reviews of StubHub just now, out of over 500, 53% gave them 1 Star, the lowest ranking possible. STAY AWAY FROM STUBHUB!!!

 · StubHub tried to help by finding other tickets, but there were none. They were sorry about the problem, but that did nothing to help. The girls turned around and went home devastated. I bought these tickets months ago and they looked real to me. There was no way to test them beforehand. I don't think I can trust StubHub again.

Ticketmaster and TotallyTickets, for instance, scored much higher than StubHub. So you have options when it comes to finding a reliable place to purchase tickets.

Check out reviews oN multiple sites, this is an issue. Worst part, they left 3 kids without tickets to get in. We had to scramble and buy off a different site, even though theIr "guarantee" says they will replace with equal or better tickets.

When asking for a refund for a concert ticket, originally for June 2020, and official status is "postponed", they would not help at all and only refer to their policies. No exceptions for COVID.
