Born from a love to create beautiful garments and a need for simple & comfortable patterns, Stitch Upon a Time is an original design based pattern company located in MI, USA with customers all over the world. Please inspect the contents of your package as soon as your order arrives. Your satisfaction is very important to us. If for any reason you are unhappy with your order, you can return your item(s). All physical goods have a 14 day return time that starts on the day the tracking shows the package was delivered. The buyer is responsible for return shipping. Once the item is returned in its original condition (unwashed, not cut), we will refund the original price paid, minus shipping cost and a 10% restocking fee. Fabrics which are cut, washed, or altered are not eligible for a refund or exchange.
Cancelling a Class:
Due to the limited availability of spaces, if you need to cancel a class then we will only offer a full refund or transfer admission to another class if notice of cancellation is received at least seven days before the reserved class.
If you are unable to attend, please let us know as soon as possible and we will do our best to accommodate you on a different day. You may transfer your ticket to someone else if you prefer. We will just need their contact details (name, e-mail address and telephone number) in advance so that arrangements can be made and class details can be passed on. To cancel a class, please email us at support@StitchUponaTime.com and write “class cancellation” in the subject.
Rarely, we may have to cancel a class. If that happens we will give you as much notice as possible and will try to accommodate you on a different date, or refund your fee paid, whichever you prefer. We do not accept liability for travel or other costs.
