Those plasticizers are entirely biodegradable meaning the material is 100% plant-based with no extra nasties. Therefore, all of our sunglasses are vegan and cruelty-free.

Warranty Policy:

If customers experience a manufacturer’s defect with their frame, or an issue arising from an intrinsic flaw in the product, PALA provides a one year warranty from the time of purchase.

Physical damage to the frames and/or scratched lenses are not covered by warranty. Pala doesn’t manufacture or sells replacement lenses, however for most of our frames you can have replacement lenses fitted at your local optician.

Can I use my sunglasses for prescription lenses?

You can use prescription lenses for all our acetate frames. Simply take them to your local optician where they can colour match your existing lens to your required prescription. Please note that you are unable to use prescription lenses in metal frames, due to the narrowness of the frame and inability to hold a thicker lens.
