I also like the regular (green and white label) Orgain shakes but this version has less sugar and a higher protein content. I get both the Chocolate and the Vanilla flavors on Subscribe and Save, and alternative between the two flavors depending on the day. Overall, I think the Chocolate is the superior flavor, but the Vanilla is o.k. too.

This is one huge positive Orgain has over Ensure who have primarily milk based sources. I prefer plant only because I find it easy to digest and cleaner on the body.
