UPDATE! JOSS AND MAIN refunded my shipping costs and I've updated my star review accordingly. I ordered 4 chairs at $350 each for a conversation area. Chairs came ahead of schedule, in just under a week, so that was nice. So far so good. Chairs were supposed to be gray, but are dark brown.

Joss and Main said that it is "natural differences" in the stone and will only let me return if I pay $224 in shipping costs. Completely untruthful re: the "natural differences" and they won't stand by their product at all and I have to get Visa involved.

The leg how ever had a large crack when I phoned to ask for a replacement joss and main were extremely polite and a second set of chest of drawers was sent very fast. The second set how ever had a large crack down the back and when I phoned again I was given a refund straight away the service was first class and the chest of drawers beautiful.
