We offer a 6 month warranty on manufacturer defects and a 30 day return policy if you are unhappy with your equipment. (30 days from date of purchase)

The 6 month warranty covers any manufacturing defects associated with them. If you have any further questions about the warranty or your JavaPresse product, please contact us at hello@javapresse.com and we will get back to you as quickly as we can.
What is the life expectancy of ceramic burrs?
Our 100% guarantee warranty covers burr damage within the first 6 months of ownership, but we expect our ceramic burrs to last up to two years with daily use! If you're grinding around 20g of coffee (3 tablespoons or so) a day, your ceramic burrs will probably stay sharp for around 2 years. If you're a power user who drinks five cups a day, you'll want to check in with your burrs every year. Light roasted coffee beans are a bit harder than dark roasted beans and tend to break down burrs a little bit faster. It's difficult to say how long your burrs will last, but we're confident you have a full year at the least. If you need replacement burrs for your JavaPresse grinder, you can find them on our online shop.
