Absolutely agree with many other reviews...product pricing often does not reflect the price, and hence, I needed to return some items, which i did well within the time frame given. However, HOUZZ took OVER six weeks to refund my money , and this was only after I chased them three times to request my refund.

“Customer Service“ is a Huge Hassle. I ordered a pillow for my daughter’s dorm. Houzz sent the wrong pillow. I immediately notified Houzz. It has taken about a week to hear back from Houzz, only to keep being told Houzz cannot open the photo I sent of the wrong pillow.

I posted a detailed review, giving them a single star. Over time they accumulated 42 more reviews, almost all 5 stars. There were a handful of reviews similar to mine, all one star reviews. Observation of the reviews: 1. All the 5 star reviews were one short paragraph and had the same exact glowing language, just worded slightly differently 2.
