I've only started about two weeks ago with Babbel and it seems fine, however, the pattern of lessons is repetitive. I would like the speaker to say the word, then say it slowly so I could listen to it as often as needed to get the pronunciation. Also, there is not a means where my miserable pronunciation could be heard and corrected.

I am very happy with the Babbel Italian course. I recently switched from Spanish to Italian and find the Italian much more interesting and engaging. That is probably just s bias on my part, but I could not force myself to do the Spanish course. Babbel has constructed a fun and engaging method of learning a new language even as a senior citizen!
