Service was very personal but two sales people was too limited to deal with the amount of customers that day, mostly because of the staff being knowledgable and very service-minded.

I enjoyed my time at Allen Edmonds. Unfortunately, my location saw a dramatic decrease in traffic due to covid and had to close. If the location had remained open, my compensation would have been ok, but because of the decrease I wasn't able to make enough. Overall, the people are great and do a good job encouraging and empowering you to succeed.

I'm a big fan of Allen Edmonds and own several of their shoes, but the important thing here is the staff at this location. I received excellent service, and the clerk there, Denise, was very knowledgeable and made a point of giving me some tips about breaking in and taking care of the shoes that I purchased.

I applied some Allen Edmonds light brown shoe cream after the first wear. This did darken the color a bit, but I personally think they look even richer. I would absolutely recommend this boot to a friend (not really because I want to be the only one with them). My favorite shoes without a doubt.
