“I wanted this for my birthday, and was delighted to get it. It looks every bit as sexy in person as it does in the website images. I'm trading up from a typical men's mid-range computer backpack - and a few things stand out. One: the straps are not nearly as padded (though they seem equal or more than the Tumi women's packs I was looking at - I guess most designers assume women want to sacrifice comfort for looks). BUT - either because the dimensions fit or because the back is stiff and thus distributes the weight off my shoulders, I don't find it too much less comfortable. The front pocket is a bit too small and stiff to be useful. And i would have loved an internal pocket that could hold two pens (that would be more useful than a bulky water bottle holder, which I might cut out - maybe its just me, but I dont need that much space for something that has a cap and could get thrown in with the rest of my things). Anyway, these are minor details that I would want the designer of 3.0 to consider. For a professional woman, there is no question that this is a fantastic balance of function and form. Go for it! “I've had my eye on this bag for probably 2 years, but finally took the plunge and purchased during a black friday sale. i LOVE it!! There are very few stylish work backpacks out there for WOMEN! This one is perfect, as it comes with a laptop sleeve and trolley sleeve so it can go over luggage. The materials are such high quality, including the zipper! There's a lot of organization so i can find everything i need - and I love that the interior is a lighter color which makes it easier to see/find your items. One caveat- if you fill the side pockets it makes it more difficult to see to the bottom of the bag, but not a huge issue.
